
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1/4 cup hot water (not boiling)
- 1 cup milk of choice (we used pure harvest almond milk)
- 30ml elderberry syrup (adjust for sweetness)
- Ice
Instructions:
- Prepare the Matcha: In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with hot water until smooth and frothy. A bamboo whisk or electric frother works best!
- Add Ice. Then pour over elderberry syrup
- Assemble the Latte: Pour the milk over the syrup, then top with matcha.
- Enjoy: Give it a gentle stir and sip your way to wellness!
