Refund policy
At Leaf & Berry, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
Returns
- We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
- Please note that perishable goods, such as elderberry syrup, are exempt from being returned once opened, unless the product is defective or damaged.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@leafandberry.com.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@leafandberry.com and provide details and photos of the damage.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Opened or used products (unless defective or damaged)
- Perishable goods once opened
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance
Return Shipping
- To return your product, please contact us at support@leafandberry.com for return instructions.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
