
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk (or any milk)
1-2 tablespoons elderberry syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh berries for topping
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine chia seeds, milk, elderberry syrup, and vanilla extract.
Stir well and let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to avoid clumping.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Top with fresh berries before serving.
