Elderberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 banana1/2 cup frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, etc.)1/2 cup Greek yogurt or a dairy-free alternative1 tablespoon elderberry syrup1/2 cup almond milk or your choice of milk.
